Kale Chips
fresh kale
sea salt
olive oil
Cut kale leaves off of stems and tear into 2-3" pieces. Spread them on a cookie sheet. Spray olive oil on the kale and mix so that the oil lightly covers. Sprinkle sea salt over the chips. Bake at 350* for 10-15 minutes. Watch the chips closely. You don't want them to be soft or burnt. If they are crispy, they will melt in your mouth! There is a fine line.
Hint: Make sure you check your teeth before going anywhere!! LOL
